How do I care for my wool, silk or camel hair duvet?

Our organic duvets made from wool, silk or camel hair have the natural capacity to regenerate themselves, simply air them regularly, outside whenever possible, if not then over the banister or a door is fine too.

Do not wash or tumble dry these duvets, usually airing is enough to freshen up your duvet, but if you have any marks or stains that you want to remove, then spot clean them with a wool or silk detergent. Make sure the duvet is fully dry before putting back inside your duvet cover.

It's possible to dry clean our wool, silk and camel hair duvets, but for environmental reasons then we'd always recommend you don't. If you do need to dry clean the duvets then we recommend searching for an environmentally friendly dry cleaners, and avoiding harsh chemicals like perchloroethylene or perc. Also check that they're able to care fully for the duvet filling too.
