Do I need to wash my bed linen before I use it?

No, you don't need to wash your Greenfibres bed linen before using it.   

This is because all our bed linen is certified to Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) which only allows a limited amount of agents in the fabric making and finshing processes that have been shown to be harmless to human health and the environment.  

So, no PFAs, toxic bleaching, dodgy dyes or finishing treatments that can cause skin irritations or other health issues.   

Usually when you find "wash before using" on your bedding or clothing, it's likely that a problematic substance was used in the finishing of the fabrics, and weren't washed out by the manufacturer in order to save them time (and money!).   They pass this responsibility on to you the customer to wash out instead.
